Trackplus has just released a client library to access the Track+ web service interface from a .NET application. The client library makes it easy to develop native Visual Basic or C# applications around the Track+ web service functionality.

The Track+ Client Library (TCL) for .NET comes with a Visual Studio project containing a number of examples on how to use each method provided by the interface, like login, logout, querying the issue database, or changing issues.
