I think this product is really great and has a better coverage of Issue Management than say JIRA or Bugzilla.

I can see using this as tool to Manage Corrective Actions, a Project Management tool and other issue management type areas. It also will help to force us to better communicate and work on the Process to manage issues that arise from different constituencies in and out of our organization.

My opinion aside, my boss and probably others will not consider a product that does not have a substantial community behind it. One thing that will help that is getting easily findable and references.

E.g. A listing in this WIKI would help http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_issue_tracking_systems

Findable when you Google issue tracker will help.

Some success stories of organizations that have adopted Track Plus would also be compelling.
