Reports and analysis
We claim: with Trackplus you can create any conceivable report. The powerful reporting engine is based on JasperReports and sits on top of the flexible Trackplus database API. For you that means: every report is possible.
Reports and analyses are based on filters and report templates. The report templates define the appearance of a report, e.g., columns, logos, sorting, and grouping. The filters determine which items are shown in the report.
Here are a few examples of reports already coming with Trackplus:
- Items created and closed during the last week
- Monthly accounting statement showing for each team member how many hours were spent on which items
- Opened vs. closed items over the last X days
- Earned-value representation of project progress
- Open issue in project X, grouped by responsible
- Reports for process improvement (CPI)
- What issues have been reopened several times (quality risk)?
Reports can be made available in different output formats (PDF, RTF, HTML, Excel, OpenOffice, XML, CSV) and can thus be processed further if required.
