Create Reports

You can create reports in various formats such as PDF, Excel or MS Word based on report templates. Also, you can design report templates yourself and integrate them into the system.

Evaluations in reports can be more complex than the item quantities. For example, you can also filter and evaluate values in the change history in reports.

The reporting engine is based on data sources and report templates, which determine how the information provided by the data sources is displayed.

Allegra provides three types of data sources:

• Data sources for JasperReport templates

• Data sources for Excel templates

• Data sources for MS Word templates
