Workspace-Specific Notifications

For casual users, configuring notification settings may require too much knowledge and time. It is therefore possible for an workspace administrator, system manager or system administrator to configure notification settings for a workspace or all workspaces for all users who do not overwrite these settings with their own.

First, you must be logged in as a space administrator, system manager, or system administrator.

  1. Switch to the Administration. In the main menu, select “Workspaces”. Alternatively, click on the Workspace list in the left navigation workspace.

  1. Select a workspace in the left navigation pane and select “Notification Assignments” in the second navigation pane. Select “Notification Assignments” again in the third navigation pane.

  1. Click the “Add” button in the toolbar.

  2. Select a notification condition and a notification trigger.

  3. Save the change by clicking the “Save” button on the toolbar.

All system users who have not configured their own notification settings will automatically use the new settings.
