Manage Users

Allegra knows two types of users:

• Regular users

• Guest users

Regular users can do what they are allowed to do by their assigned system and workspace roles.

Guest users can only see and edit their own, self-created items.

Users can belong to an organization and be assigned to any number of groups. Groups can be used almost everywhere where users can be assigned. For example, a group can be used as an agent.
