Notifications

Allegra may notify users of item activity. The conditions under which this information occurs can be broadly customized via notification triggers.

There are two classes of notifications:

  • Information based on item activities

  • Information based on due or overdue items (reminders)

In your user profile, you can configure the conditions and frequency of the reminders. You can also set where you want to be notified and whether you want to be notified at all. This been said, you can have notifications sent to your email account, your message history in Allegra or to external chat programs like Slack or MS Teams.

A complete notification configuration consists of three steps:

  • Defining notification triggers

  • Defining notification conditions

  • Assigning notification triggers and conditions to workspaces
