Built-In Diagrams

Allegra provides users with the ability to present report results in the form of pie charts or bar graphs.

To generate this result set, select a filter and run the summary report. Items that do not pass the filter are not included when the charts are drawn.

Bar charts

There are three types of built-in bar charts:

• Number of items vs. person responsible, grouped by state

• Total number of items for all projects, grouped by state

• Number of items opened in the last four weeks

Pie charts

The built-in pie chart shows the number of items for each user for all projects included in this report. This allows a manager to get a quick overview of the workload of each person included in the report.
