Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)¶
Due to its features and structure, Allegra is designed to be the central tool for scalable agile process models like SAFe.
Nearly all agile process models suffer from inadequate scalability and are limited to projects with team sizes of 10 people or less. Most are also software-heavy and do not take into account the process items required in a system and hardware development environment.
