Manage Users

With appropriate access rights, you can add users to the system, change their properties, and delete them.

  • Manage Regular Users

    Allegra can be configured to allow users to create accounts for themselves. Then a system or project manager must assign them roles in workspaces in order for them to see anything in the system. It is also possible to automatically grant rights to self-registered users via group membership.

  • Managing Groups

    Allegra can be configured to allow users to create an account for themselves. However, supervisory action is required to give users permission to view or enter data on blanks, assign them to organizational units, and enable or disable their accounts.
